- Organise, advertise & run garage sales on the property owner’s behalf.
- Provide realistic valuations and price-guidance on second-hand items.
- Sell items on eBay on behalf of property owners.

All of the above services are offered as part of a free comprehensive consultation and quotation process directly with the property owner, or their representative. Depending on the services chosen, it is quite possible that the client will never be out of pocket because the invoice for the services provided can be covered with the proceeds of garage sales and the sale of other second-hand items.
